HEALTH SCREENINGS

Health screenings are mandated by the New Jersey Department of Education as listed below.

HEIGHT, WEIGHT, AND BLOOD PRESSURE: Yearly for all grade levels

VISION SCREENING: 4th Grade

HEARING SCREENING: 3rd Grade

SCOLIOSIS SCREENING: 5th Grade

If your child has an abnormal screening a referral will be sent home. Please follow up with your health care provider as soon as possible.
