PARENT/SCHOOL COMMUNICATION

REPORTING STUDENT ABSENCES

Please call the school and leave your child's name, teacher, and reason for absence.  Be as specific as possible especially when your child has a contagious illness.  If you call the school to report an absence you will still receive a robocall.  It is not necessary to call the school a second time.

EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION

It is important that your child's emergency contact information is current.  Please notify us immediately if there are any changes in telephone numbers or emergency contact persons.  Changes can be reported to the main office or the health office.

HEALTH INFORMATION

Alert the school nurse regarding any new information about the following.  Information will remain confidential and will only be shared on an as needed basis with your child's teacher(s):

• Allergies
• Injuries
• Illness
• Medications
• Special accommodations
• Other medical issues concerning your child
